Eco-friendly Pilot Manufacturing Unit
In 2026 we will welcome you to our state-of-the-art bio-based resins manufacturing unit that will prioritize sustainability and innovation. Our eco-conscious methods will result in up to 40-50 % reduction in petroleum consumption and 30-40 % in carbon footprint compared to petroleum-based unsaturated polyester resins production.
We Adopt Circular Economy In Our Ideas

We are excited to announce our plans to launch our first eco-friendly manufacturing unit for bio-based unsaturated polyester resins in Bulgaria by 2026. The unit will have a production capacity of 11,000 tonnes per year, utilizing two chemical reactors with a capacity of 20 tonnes.
Production will be conducted without any atmospheric pollution. All processes, from the arrival of raw materials to the final filling stage, will operate in a closed-circuit system. During the filling stage, any vapors released as the products are poured into packaging vessels will be captured and purified by an advanced system, ensuring they are entirely free of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) before being released outdoors. Additionally, we will implement an acetone refining system, allowing acetone to be reused.
While we do not expect to generate wastewater, any water vapor produced will be treated with a water purification system, enabling the water to be reused.
The manufacturing unit will be partially powered by solar panels.
Since we do not anticipate generating significant waste from raw materials or end products, any residuals left after the process will be handled by a recycling company in accordance with European Standards for the management of hazardous waste.
